Returns & Refunds Policy – Strength Metrics Limited

At Strength Metrics Limited, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we’ll help.

Definitions

We, us, our: Strength Metrics Limited and our team.
You: the customer purchasing our products.
Products: the apparel and chalk we sell.
Order: your purchase request submitted via our website or any method we accept.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer exchanges or store credit.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be:
    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed (for apparel);
    • Unused and in original condition (for chalk);
    • In original packaging with all tags intact (where applicable); and
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (for example, your order number or receipt).

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at timmonigatti@strengthmetrics.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the fault or damage (if applicable)

We will, where appropriate:

  • Repair the item
  • Replace it
  • Or provide a full refund

How to Return Products

To start a return, contact us at timmonigatti@strengthmetrics.com.

We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility.
  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Sale Items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
