Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed before 2pm NZST (Monday–Friday) may be dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Delivery

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders under $110 NZD: Flat rate shipping of $4.90
• Orders of $110 NZD and over: Free shipping

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that rural deliveries may take longer.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use this to track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Order Issues or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at timmonigatti@strengthmetrics.com.

We will assist with courier enquiries where possible. However, once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delays or losses are outside of our direct control.

Holiday Dispatch Notice

During busy periods such as Easter and Christmas/New Year, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
